Hello
I am new here.I have a question I had my hearing a month ago.The judge asked me to amend my onset date and my lawyer told me to agree.I applied for SSDI Jan,2011 and the ALJ amended it to Sept 25th,2010.I had alleged 7/2008 on my application but wasn't diagnosed until July 2014..But my last day of work was the day the Judge amended it too..If anyone ![]() Thanks |
