Default Thank you

I am reaching out to my Home Bound Waiver case manager for direction. As it stands, I currently dont even have a power of attorney etc as nobody wants the responsibility. My general level of function coupled with severe pain and mobility issues. make me unsafe alone. I've been in several community nursing/rehab facilities as a pt patient and saw blatant neglect and abuse. I dont want to go to go to one when I am in a diminished state. Thanks again for listening
