I experienced a ruptured cerebral aneurysm in 2002, followed by clipping and a long recovery. To answer your question, yes, after it is repaired you can reclaim your life. I'm 49 now and in better shape than before the rupture, I work full time, lift weights, play racquetball, hunt, and fish, and, now and then, I go jogging. I can get down on the floor and do more push-up than most 18 year olds. So, you should be able, once it is repaired, to lift mulch, grandchildren, weights, and run 5 miles. Check with your doctor first as everyone is a bit different but once repaired you should be good to go.
