3-6 mm aneurysm

Has anyone here ever had a 3-6 mm aneurysm done anything surgical to? These surgeons do not seem to know how to do anything else, but it hasn't done anything except just stay there the same little thing.

Do surgeons ever wait and see if something is broke first?
