Hi I'm new here and I have a question.
I had a brain aneurysm and now it's coiled and the recovery has been great. But what I miss is working out. Before the operation I used to be a active person who went to the gym 6 days a week and is now feeling little weird not being there. I have been told by the doctor in theory its ok to workout etc. but he thinks I shouldn't lift weights and maybe light jogging is ok. I have been looking through online and there seems to be mixed answers. If someone can answer my question that would be great. Thank you in advance ![]() |
