Hi Ashley
Send your mum to either Braintalk 1 or Braintalk 2 - she will get lots of support from either (or both). Some of us (like me) did not have a rupture, but most of us have had clipping or coiling surgery or are VERY close to someone who has. Because we have been there, we know how important it is to go a little slowly and let the brain heal (which takes a long time). We can probably also allay some of her fears about recurrence, what is normal etc. Thank you for posting on her behalf, and I look forward to meeting her. Cheers Lyn PS if you need any help, need any info or just need someone to lean on, please feel free to post again - that's the whole idea of this place. Last edited by Lynn; 10-08-2006 at 08:15 AM.
