Mimi,
I made a cake like that when I was first married, it was a red jello cake and I used a large pkg instead of a small one that the recipie called for. It was like a big heavy red sponge. Dan tried to eat it just to be nice but it ended up in the trash just like yours. Then my baking fiasco was from inexperience in the kitchen not aneurysm damage, or was it starting already??
