Thanks for the response Ruthie - I did test all those things you mentioned with no success;but he is due for a physical and will be sure to keep them in mind! Christy

Hi Christy

I must admit, my thoughts ran along similar lines to Ruth's when I first read your post.

It is possible that he is using the bathroom trip to compose his thoughts. I also wonder if he is feeling overwhelmed by sensory information and by being in the bathroom, without a lot of noise, colour and movement it is soothing and he can process information.

Whatever the reason, he may just need someone to talk to about it.
