Default Another new member needs help

Hi Everyone,
A little background: my great grandmother, grandmother, great uncle and mother all died of aneurysms
My 23 year old daughter just diagnosed with 7 berry annie's in her brain. She has had 2 level I ruptures in the past 3 months. We have been to our regional brain centre and received advise to clamp largest annie that is presently leaking and then coil 4 others and leave 2 others as is. They have also suggested that they feel the largest annie will likely rupture when they do surgery and she may need stem cell transplant. Our regional brain centre is willing to accept all costs of the stem cell transplant if required.
My daughter is waivering on having surgeries. She wants to take the wait and see path. She is most afraid of becoming a "vegetable". I feel that if the surgery can be done in a controlled environment instead of emergency situation all the better. The doctors are surprised that she is still alive, walking and talking and are surprised that she would even hesitate to have the surgery in her situation. My question is "how do you know what path to take" and how do I encourage her to listen to the doctors and have what I think are life saving surgeries? I would appreciate your thoughts, mommjenn
