Help New member

New here and have some very odd and strange symptoms which started on Monday. I have yet to see a doctor but called them and kind of felt I got brushed off as if this will pass. I see him on Monday. It's not passing but worsening.

It was seizure-like in that I smelled ammonia and heard bells ringing two hours before it happened. Neither one existed. I can't seem to look at my computer screen or the television too long. I especially have a difficult time if I'm writing. I get nauseated, dizzy, my occipital area feels strange, the shower water on my head feels painful, eye-hand coordination is difficult, spelling is difficult - usually I can type fast and spell well - not since this started, my heart rate did something strange - slower irregular, then faster normal, my heart rate is slow to begin with - 54, heart/chest pain, bridge of nose pain, extreme photosensitivity at times - esp. the display is bothersome, and sleeping, sleeping and sleeping. The sleeping feels like I'm on drugs or like I did when I had a concussion. I take only thyroid medication and vitamins.

I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis which has been difficult to control and I'm seeing an endocrinologist next month. I've never had a seizure in my life but this sure feels like an ongoing one or something like it. I've wondered if my pituitary/hypothalamus has a problem. One of my doctors said I was over thinking.

I'm calling my eye doctor tomorrow in hopes she can help me, refer me, or get some tests started since my regular doctor isn't doing anything.
