In Remembrance

 I suffer from Depression and, I *think*, an anxiety issue.I *can't* stop thinking that I'm at the half-point of my life. I mean, I'm not thinking that I'm 43, but, haven't done anything with my life. That's not it. I just can't stop thinking of not being here, anymore.  Is this an anxiety disorder, and, is there medication for it??  Phyllis
