Hi there, WTF

I don't know, maybe anxiety but could be all sorts of things. How's your diet? Any medications you've been on in the past or at present? All sorts of things really.

Are these feeling like little twitches that go on for a while and then stop, but then maybe appear at a different muscle group in the body?

When really anxious I sometimes get bouts of fasciculations which are like little twitches (not tics) and they usually are in my arms or calves, but when I'm really stressed I get them internally as well and they do feel like butterflies.

I recently posted about this on one of the other forums here. I upped my B vits and added more magnesium and with the help of some less stressful weeks, I'm going great and haven't had those internal fascics return.

Some medications can make a person experience these symptoms, btw.

I also have had RLS although I've been doing great for ages. My RLS is not really like feeling butterflies in my body, it's really very irritating and a totally different experience from the twitches / fascics I talked about above.

We do have a Movement Disorders forum here at nt if you want to re-post over there as well to get more feedback.

Here's the url Movement Disorders

Maybe take a wander over to the Vitamins, Nutrients, Herbs and Supplements Forum as well.

Hope you find some answers soon.
