Bless your heart -- It sounds awful! did you call your doctor? What did he say? Have you started the Paxil yet? If so, how is it working?
What about seeing a therapist? It seems like your doctor would suggest that you see one. It certainly would be a good idea if you did. This isn't something you should try to handle alone. Get a referral to a therapist and let us know what happens, ok? God bless and take care. Hugs, Lee
