Thumbs up is this a symptom of anxiety

Has anyone ever experienced a tickling sensation throughout the body? like a feather is being brushed on your skin, but on the inside? it can be in a few places at once or migrate. Kind of like the butterfly in your stomach feeling except all throughout your body. I thought it was RLS, but a specialist confirmed its not because it doesn't stop or subside when I move. It sometimes makes me restless and I have to move. I used to get this sensation from time to time but now I get it everyday, but it comes and goes. Does anyone elses symptoms cause them to move? now I'm convincing myself I have akathisia except I don't know exactly what the symptoms for that condition is as it doesn't describe any physical sensations. Sorry for the novel

thx in advance
