Hi. I am 23 years old. Female. I have OCD. I was wondering if this particular situation I am going to tell you about is OCD related! I have a rutine at church that if I don't do it, I can't sit still in church and I worry myself sick! I have a friend who is 79ish. I've known her my whole life! I find that I must go hug her on Sunday morning or I worry the whole day about her (although I was really sick as a baby and she prayed for me to live as doctors said I wouldn't, but I did)! I've actually done this my whole life! I also find I do not have a good week if I do not get a hug every Sunday from this woman!
Is this an OCD thing or what?

T. J.
