From what ive heard and felt about anxiety. It doesn't even seem to be a real thing. It seems to be a cultural attack on guilt and shame which are motivations for good behavior.
I could be wrong. But could someone please explain to me what anxiety actually is and what it is not? Is anxiety being afraid of failure or punishment? That doesn't sound like a mental health condition to me. It sounds like normal motivation stemming from the desire to stay alive. I understand panic attacks as a mental health condition.
