Confused A What?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what this discussion is about. Adjustable height so you can sit or stand, or some kind of ergonomic chair thingy that you kneel on?

Maddy, could you post links to images of some of these so I understand?
(I've worked at different jobs with different kinds of "desks"/workstations - just want to be on the same page...)
