This isn't all of it, but I think this is the worst...? All disks have ridges from 1-4 mm, the worst being described here. Cervix- Findings... All disc's are severely desiccated. There is diffuse disc space narrowing. There is bone edema at C7-T1.
c2-c3 2mm ossific ridge. No significant stenosis. Severe right foraminal narrowing. C3-C4: A 4 MM ridge encroaches on the anterior cord causing severe central stenosis. There is severe bi-lateral foraminal narrowing, secondary to spurring. C4-C5: A 2mm ridge perched on the anterior thecal sac. The foramina are open. C5- C6: A 3 MM protrusion encroaches on the anterior cord causing a mild central stenosis. Cord signal normal. Foramina are open. \ C6-C7 A 1-3 MM ridge/protrusion encroaches on the anterior thecal sac. cord signal normal. No stenosis. Foramina are open. T1-T2: A 3MM protrusion encroaches on the anterior thecal sac. Foramina are open. The spine is straightened. There are no soft tissue lesians. Impression: Multilevel disc disease as noted above. ... I have alot of crippling back pain. Still waiting for new doc to send me to neurologist. How bad is it? I believe MRI in thoracic will be similar... |
