Default MRI report -please help
My insurance denied my neck MRI , this is from the head MRI report:

" Within the incompletely imaged upper cervical spine there is multilevel spondylolisthesis in degenerative disc disease. T1 hypoattenuation of the marrow could reflect artifact or red marrow reconversion such as seen with anemia for example. "

What this means ? is it bad ? I don't have anemia ,but have a neck pain for 2 months now. I got the copy of the report but still waiting for the neurologist who ordered the MRI to call me back , it's been 8 days !
