Default Difficulty Concentrating

The hallmark condition associated with difficulty concentrating is attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), a condition that has been increasingly diagnosed in both children and adults in recent years. http://www.medicinenet.com/difficult...g/symptoms.htm
There is a very useful slide presentation too following the check your symptoms part.

I have difficulty concentrating, but have not been diagnosed with ADHD. The more I read, the more I see symptoms of the malady.

The good news is there are coping skills that help adults stay on course.
