Default Difficulty Concentrating

Quote:
The hallmark condition associated with difficulty concentrating is attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), a condition that has been increasingly diagnosed in both children and adults in recent years. http://www.medicinenet.com/difficult...g/symptoms.htm

The good news is there are coping skills that help adults stay on course.
