I have often wondered if vaccines were the triggers...and if this mito
connection pans out we may see drastic changes in vaccine schedules!
(I never understood why newborns get so many all at once to flood the system like they do)

Some drug regimens damage nerves too... HIV and chemo both cause peripheral nerve damage. And the basic preventive and treatment has been l-carnitine for years now. L-carnitine works in the mitochondria.
