Thanks for letting me know strep throat can damage the thyroid Quote: "Seems strep can induce autoimmune disease in some people." If strep can induce autoimmune diseases like thyroiditis or Hashimoto's hypothyroidism, in some people, I wonder if strep could cause other auto-immune diseases such as RA.
