The classical signs of Sjögren’s Syndrome are dryness in the mouth and eyes.
Sometimes measurements of antinuclear antibody (ANA) and rheumatoid factor (RF) levels can help in diagnosis. Your ANA titre looks OK to me (usually a titre greater than 1:160 is thought to be significant) and your RF level is within the normal range.

Thank you.
In January of this year it was 1:160, Rheumatoid Factor was negative. My ANA tends to go up and down. Right now it's at its lowest. Kay |

I have lupus and Sj. Syndrome.
I take a b complex and a separate low dose of b6 with no issues that I'm aware of. You don't think your high b6 levels are related to autoimmune symptoms? I do recall reading that having a very high level of this is not good for you. I have dry eyes and mouth. Common for lupus and very common with Sj. syndrome. I take Ubiquinal. This seems to have helped with that...especially dry mouth. I use preservative free eye drops daily and this is also of great help. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21406193 |

I do not have the classic SJ symptoms. I don't think that is an issue for me. I was more concerned with my low levels on the Lupus blood work. I have a close blood related relative that is seriously ill with Lupus, she's only 30. Breaks my heart what she goes through. Kay |

Well, thank goodness you don't likely have lupus. And even if you have SJS, you don't have any symptoms!!! N And there is an easy fix for the b6 being too high. Yes, having Lupus etc. is rough, so you seem ok. |
