Hi, I rescheduled my PCP for next Wednesday morning.

I see my DV counsler this Friday afternoon.

It will make me leave the house anyway.

No appetite again today. I just have this nervous stomach.

Hugs, Nikko

Wink Pizza is good food. So is PBJ.

mmmmmmm-mmmm! Pizza! c'I have the leftovers? What if I make disconsolate puppy eyes at you, and whimper? mmmm...mmaybe just a nibble - ooooooh, is that there Sausage?!!!

I'm glad you had the pizza. Also you had mentioned bread and peanut butter - that is good too - a grain and a legume (peanuts are legumes, not nuts) make a "complete" protein... one which contains all the amino acids we require as part of our nutritional intake.

Sausage and nuts. i wonder what the heck shape i'm in.

Just one thing more... in a nutshell (arghhh!)

Good Job! Keep it up!

((( MegaHUGGGGGGS ))) and hold yourself dear. we're here every step of the way.
