Hi everyone. I had to do paperwork for my evaluation and review on Thursday. I really am not comfortable rating myself. So I hope my supervisor thinks I didn't overrate myself.

But I'm hoping I did it okay. Because I really look good except on organization and its always been my downfall.
It will get lots better when we get the rooms switched. And I finally
have a real office. Or a second one, but this one will have all the
things strung around my living room in one place.

I can then organize all the things, figure out a system that will work
for me. It wont be easy and I know that. But its necessary. I'm tired
of not being able to find what I want. And also not being able to print
things off because I don't have room right now to store it.

So pray for me to have a good evaluation. Its something that I need
for my self esteem.

I've picked up some really hard cases recently. So I really need this
to be a your doing a good job day.

It sounds like you rated yourself up there and I see that as a good thing. I tend to rate myself down ward even though according to others I have done a great job. I am glad you rated yourself up there because that shows me that you see yourself doing a good job. I am pretty sure you did a good job.

You sound like you have a strong game plan.

I have confidence in you... you have told us about interventions you have performed as part of your job and i truly believe in you. your posts in general also demonstrate you have wonderful abilities as a mediator and you are a calming presence. So i think you will do fine. As for the organization, everyone has their weaknesses and the fact that you have 1-identified yours and 2-are working on it puts you two steps ahead.

I believe your supervisor will appreciate the results you have no doubt achieved, but you do have my hopes, nonetheless, that everything does go smoothly, and i will sending good mental mojo your way for a really positive evaluation all around.

One of the hardest parts of my job is doing workshops. But part of this
the biggest part is because I never know if anyone is going to attend.

A while back we started putting RSVP's on our site and when people use
them. It seems to work. And its so nice because its on the last
Workshop flyer I just sent out in email last night.

But the big thing is I have already received 6 confirmations. I will be happy
if it continues and they come. Its something I've struggled with.

Thanks, I've changed a lot since I've been posting in here. I've grown
a lot by being able to learn to stand up for myself. And to be there
for those who need me.

Its so nice to have someone that listens and appreciates me.

Thank you I felt all the love. And really needed it.

I ended up having to drive to the main office. And take both my computer's.
INstead of meeting my supervisor like we had planned. This meant more time to worry and think. But the computers are now upgraded and compatible to each other.
And somethings that seem to have been left off the laptop are now on it.

My evaluation was fine. I did over rate myself compared to my supervisor's ratings. But not bad and I am not upset with either her rating or the difference. We just see things a little different.
