Default Hi, I am new, but not quite so new

I used to post as Serengeti on BT a long time ago, and then joined Neurotalk with the same name. I haven't posted or browsed for a very long time.
I got in touch with Waves on BT and she kindly sent me this link.
I recognise a many of you from BT.
Lupus has me housebound for about seven months now - so I have been very involved with two brilliant Lupus support groups.
In between I have been in touch with my pdoc because I was getting into a depression with the constant pain, fever and fatigue. Apart from docs and check ups, I could hardly make the effort to get out of bed.

I am on Lamictal 200+250 mg. At the time I was also on Lexapro 10 mg.
The pdoc has since upped the dose to 20-mg. I had been getting anxiety attacks and palpitations, but as the pdoc had told me that would get better with the added Lexapro, it did.
He hates me taking Xanax, but I do sos on the sly; and I can't sleep - caused by the Lupus. It is also a side-effect of Tramadol, the drug I take for the pain.

I am sorry I am talking so much about myself.

It is a pleasure to be back, and I hope we will become friends.
