hey speaking of seroquel. another poster here - Coach - mentions in another thread that she has RSD and that Zyprexa helps with her pain. Zyprexa is an atypical AP like Seroquel. it's a good knocker outer too should help you sleep. have you ever tried Zyprexa? i didn't even know it could help with pain, but apparently so...

see page 2 and 3 for Pam's comments on Zyprexa/chronic pain. she does not specify if it treats RSD-related pain, she is more general but still. you could always try and PM her...

I am very confused...

I am so tired and can't remember what I have or have not done....
I could at any moment lay my head down and fall asleep....

It's hard to remember did I take my medicine yet???

I feel like I am not doing too well holding up my end of the rope with the other mods... At least I know right now that I was here today...I know I've roamed around and looked at a few forums... nothing to do at the moment... no mod stuff pending.

can you write down... on a computer, on a scrap of paper... anywhere ... the time you take your meds?

- write the date once.
- then write the med name/time/dose on a new line, whenever you take something.

it's nice to see you. i don't know what to say about your mod duties but i'm sure you can just talk to the admins if you are concerned... it will be fine.
