I finally got a call back from one of the nurses around noon...

was given a one time permission to go to another pharmacy...
(will ask for permission to permanently switch don't want the hassles every month)

that worked... I now have my medicine... it took less than 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out.
