Thanks for the advice. I will try them. My sweet step daughters suicide nearly destroyed us. I just can't put my husband through it again!
Also thanks for the phone numbers. Are they free or do they charge?

Thanks Bizi...that is a most excellent link. Coach, having lost a son to suicide many years ago, like you I could never put the people I love through that again. I understand about that black hole of despair but we really can learn to put on the brakes and redirect those suicidal thoughts.
