I am telling you the guy was just so very nice, even when I was having panic attacks on the phone and couldn't breathe he patiently waited until I could breathe again. After I finally got all seven years filed, and no longer needed his comfort and support and suggestions etc, I asked to have his superviser's number or name and address and wrote her and told her how wonderful he was to me. I received a very warm letter back from her!
I also tend to isolate during my terrors which make them worse.
I also eat which is also awful.
