i only lost four pounds the first day...after that i didn't lose the any weight...i drink alot of liquid anyways....the detox is mostly magnesium but it says it shouldn't be used in place of a suppplement.
i am a lot more worried about my mental health since i am so detached |

Bobby It's not your fault. I feel disconnected,and rejected because of this condition. I didn't stand in line for this anywhere. It came right down the family tree. That has to be the major reason. BF

that you.....i guess that is a good reminder because once again i have begun to blame myself again. i was thinking of getting a little dog to reconnect to something until in the middle of the night i was talking to a friend and she reminded me that i don't have the money in case the dog got sick and that would make me feel a lot worse. i was never a jealous person or a person who wanted much materially but boy now i have to deal with these feelings.
I realize how lucky i used to be not having those feelings. bobby |

Dear Bobby,
Do you have problems concentrating? I do. It makes me what to stay home and avoid dealing with people. Or, I'm not sure if it is only about concentrating. Sometimes, I really don't care about what people have to say. So I stay home and avoid dealing with anyone unless I must. M. |

At times I have a hard time processing what I see,hear,and read. It doesn't have anything to do with intelligence,it's the anxiety disorder. My sister noticed it when I first moved here.
If I concentrate alot on to many things,I get confused. It's like a overload is happening in my mind. BF
