I remember a younger woman once all upset about the behavior of her cat; bringing home mice. I laughed so hard. She had no idea that it was an endearing behavior.

Mine bring home mice to eat, chipmunks to play with the other cats, and always with his squirrel friends. '

dd went out to open the deck door seeing what the ruckus was, there was a squirrel and chipmunk looking for the cats to come out.

The eve of the fourth and we are having a lot of thunder around us today. The heat wave is on, but there is a drop in humidity right now.
We never got the pool up for the kids with traveling.

I live so far from things like pools, and efforts for community pool are not going very fast. Need land and grants. None of which are in the budgets..

That is funny though, I live in the Pocono area where we have three local lakes I swam as a kid, now I find them too cold being spring feed, and icky to enjoy unless boating no sewers, lots of septics. I can't imagine being in what we called the "kiddie pool" today.

Default How is your weather.

Hi,

Normal hot here at 90 degree F later. Humidity. Summer rain.

Full moon Friday morning. I love the moon. I can see it easily enough from where I live now.

Wow it is really hot when it is near 90* in the pocono area. We never did get the 4' pool up for the kids, it would take only a day, but summer is more then half over for us. The end of the month the nights will be really cool again.

When it rains, it is way over an inch at a time. Saturday I have a run off claim in the Pocono's were a Tornado actually touched down the week we were away, 3" of rain less then an hour. I had to look up the weather reports for the client.

We just had to days 90* this week when I was in court, the car was an oven when I got in it. BUT I would love this weather over the long cold winters. If winter was as short as Summer is I would not mind. But when July 4th passes we know only one more holiday weekend to summer and then back to school.

The house is up for the son, Grandson loves driving his little jeep around. We sit on the steps or deck, water the flowers, enjoy a scoop of ice cream. He is precious and I am blessed. We are making a sand box this weekend. The temp is to be about 84*.
But I never complain....put on a fan, a cool shower, close the curtains...I can always cool off.

Heart Did you see that moon last night?

Here in the middle of pretty much nowhere (Gila wilderness, NM) the weather is quite pleasant. Without concrete or asphalt, heat doesn't linger. On the continental divide, there's always a breeze. There are sacred lands in all directions. Truth be, if I got sentenced here for the rest of my life, unable to ever leave, I couldn't get much bent out of shape.

JudeLauren,
I'd love to see the moon from the middle of nowhere. Where I live we have light pollution.

Wow, I will have to come see that area one day.

I loved it when we went to see the Wyoming and things area this year.
