A Low pressure system is about to become active here where I am. The noaa radars are showing rain in the next county over to the West of me. We need the rain anyway,so let it rain.

At night it's suppose to go below freezing for at least 4 nights starting Friday night. That's normal for this time of the year.

Don't worry. The world will not end on the 21st of December. The Mayans where wrong,and people made money over this. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I went to my hairdresser's tonight and guess what they were talking about? This whole Mayan calendar thing. After there I went to Family Dollar and two customers were talking to each other saying you going party tonight? Then when I checked out the cashier said "you going party tonight?" I said no, my partying days are over. He said "you not? well when I get off work I'm going Mayan party". Now my cousin on facebook is talking about some guy he saw on a pretty major road here walking along the side of the road dressed as a zombie. This is getting weird. For the first time I'm feeling a smidge of tension over this. They said at the hairdresser's that it's supposed to happen at 10 pm tomorrow. I know nothing's going to happen, but I'll be glad at 10:01pm tomorrow when this is all over. :Heart:

It is the first day of winter and the shortest day of the year in some places. The days will start getting longer as we head towards spring.

This is my sister's birthday. We have been talking about her birthday being the shortest day of the year for many years now. The day after is 1 minute longer,and the second day after is 2 minutes longer. I think that's how it still goes. If I'm wrong please let me know. BF:hug::hug::hug:

THANK YOU MARI! I just watched the video. I am a visual person, this video makes sense to me, especially the part about the car odometer. I should have thought to google for something like this. I had to take 2 Xanax last night, I usually just take 1. I'm so mad at myself for losing sleep over this. So dumb. :Heart:
