The air is pretty heavily "taxed" in most places... just by all the pollution and chemicals from automotive emissions and industrial waste to bug containment, fertilizer and who knows... if they add a fiscal charge to all that i guarantee, there will be a global revolt!  btw, i am grateful in my whereabouts they fertilize by scattering manure. i tell ya, when they lay that stuff down it stinks to High Heaven, but at least it is not harmful to the person!  ~ waves ~ |
