Default Getting to warm

Am I the only one,or do other people get to warm, and have to turn on the air conditioner in the middle of winter. It might be my allergies, making me warm.

I'll get in the car after a shower, and steam up the windows. Then I turn on the defrost. This doesn't happen all the time, but it happens enough.

It especially happens after I've been coffing. I just turned off the air conditioner in the other room, and came in here. BF

Dear Friend,
What I do is similar.
During the same night I might have the A/C on for two or three minutes and then switch to heat.

I think some of us are very sensitive to temperatures.
Also, during the night I am especially aware of the temperature.

Me too. I'll get up to turn off the Air conditioner, and turn up the heat. Sometimes i'll turn on this little heater until I feel warm, and I'll turn it off,and let the house heater produce the heat.

I'm at the brink of getting to warm again in this room. BF
