so last night i had left over salmon, and then in the morning a cheese sandwich (with some of that not-so-terrible-after-all tartar sauce :D).
today i had a tuna sandwich with hot paprika (we're out of cayenne). the tuna is packed in olive oil. that's how i like it. for dinner we had pasta with peas, tomatoes and ham. afterwards i just had a plain tomato. now i am fasting so i can get bloodwork in the morning.... 2.5 more hours till i can eat more Foood, glorious Food!!! but i HOUNGRY!!! good for you! Breakfast: black coffee, avocado, milk, strawberries, vitamins lunch: Subway flat bread turkey with tons of veggies), iced tea, apples Dinner: sauted chicken, veggie salad(cuc, red peppers green onion, carrots, tomatoes), lite balsalmic vinegrette dressing, steamed asparagus with lemon. walked on the 20% incline tred mill for 50 minutes at 3.5MPH rate. home and I am feeling a bit peckish! hmmmmm bizi |
well I just finished off an avocado ( I bought 4 cause they were on sale, they all got ripe at the same time)....and some strawberries that needed to be eaten!

had some brie on wheat bread with my zoloft. hehe. i'm still hungry but my mom asked last night if we could split a hot dog for an early lunch so i will try to hold off here... so much for the fish for the past two days... :o:rolleyes: ~ waves ~ |
Gosh Waves, spliting a hot dog doesn't sound that would fill me up unless they are huge hotdogs!
finished the last of the avocados, whew that was alot of pressure but I hated to think of them going bad! next to finish the strawberries. wonder which veggie would last the longest. 3 days ago: I bought one zuchinni and one yellow squash and a big bunch of fresh brocolli. We can't possibly eat all of that for dinner tonight so have to decide what will be good until sunday or monday night??? and eat the other. hmmmm bizi |
Lol Bizi - they are jumbo hotdogs - come in packs of 3 - half is probably a about as much as one of the real skinny cheapie ones. if i'm real hungry, i can eat a whole one / i would eat two of the others. but a lot of the time half would be plenty. i eat 4 or 5 times a day, but seldom have a big meal.
we've finished the hot dogs now and probably won't get them again for a good while. they are an occasional indulgence. about the veggies - all of those keep fairly well. you will have to gauge their condition ... if you aren't sure they'll make it, you could just cook them all before you leave. when you get back you can either have them cold, salad-like, or warm them just a little. ;) my mom got mad at my dad for buying 2 avocados instead of just one, precisely because they all ripen at the same time at home. :D lol. but they are very good for you. lots of vitamin E. :hug: ~ waves ~ |

guiness beer:) sweet hot picante peppers stuffed with garlic hummus...oh so good! morning star black bean burgers, very tasty! zuchinni and yellow squash steamed...(froze the brocolli) bizi... who is going to enjoy her next 3 days off. i forsee some chocolate truffle in the near future! |

last night (dinner) mom made the marinated chicken breast without oil again! and dad ate it! :) i really like it that way. i hope it becomes a regular thing.
i made veggies - mixed zucchini, carrots and bell pepper slivers. potatoes for them but only a bite to taste for me. this morning 2 eggs scrambled with seeded whole grain bread. ~ waves ~ |
