Well I had forgotten what is really causing the headaches.

Its the stress, or the tightness in my muscles. I had a massage
today. And I was really bad. So I think I need to just really watch
for this.

I had just forgotten the last time I had it for days my muscles were
really tight.

I have to watch it. But yes, I was thinking it was the liptor.
