A relay is were 4 kids run one leg of the race. In this case its a 4 x 100
race. Its been many years since our kids have had two teams. I am not sure that anyone but one or two remember it. I only know because the other one was a mixed team before. And yesterday we had a mixed half girl and half boys team. That raced a all boys team. Now at state they will race another mixed team. But to be able to race yesterday they raced this way. I didn't check but its possible instead of getting a second they got a first because it was two different kinds of teams. Really will be interesting when Derrick lets me know. Donna
