yuck i'm sorry about the modem troubles! so annoying! my provider has flaked out a few times on me too, since the downtime a while back, but it has only been a few hours - i have not had to report it since then, so that's good. still it is a pain to be in the middle of something and suddenly POOF! cannot load page, bla bla bla...

as for the thyroid - ah ok, no prob. i thought maybe i was getting mixed up.

when was the last time you had your thyroid hormones checked?

because that stuff can change...
