Hi everyone

I had the worst day yesterday. But thankfully after I dropped Derrick
off at his day of volunteering at camp. Dad was in charge of him.

I just still couldn't seem to shake the head mess. But I'm sure now
that it is migraine and sun related. Not sure which or how much.
But now I know how to kind of treat it.

But to explain. I had to go get some prescriptions first. Then I went
to my foot doctor for my wart treatment. Really happy good news to me.
The one that started all this mess, and probably 3 more area gone. Leaving
9 more. Less than I thought, but I'm so happy, I'm hoping to cut in half in
two more weeks.

Then before that I had my cortison shot, which was very painful in my foot.
But its better today I think. The thing was I had to ice on and off every
20 minutes as long as possible.

So today I just couldn't get going. So I finally took a migraine medicine at
noon, and finally at 3pm, I had a very nice head. No more headache,
as long as I leave on sunglasses outside. So I'm keeping a eye on my
symptoms outside. But I believe its the sunlight that caused this
problem.

I forgot you were dealing with wart issues...sorry those cortisone shots hurt like the dickins!

I'm doing okay. I have a small headache today. But the thing is I had
lost a bottle of verapilmil and I finally found it. So its good.
