Thank you Mari. I'm still feeling better. It surely is nice to feel peace coming back. I don't know how long it will last,but thank goodness for the way that I feel right now. I'm taking my meds. on a regular bases.

I got my shoping for food done,laundry,and a repair on the right headlight of my car. BF

that was so sweet. just about brought me to tears ... in a good way - not sad... i am touched... it means a lot to know you see these things and overall value in me. often i cannot make much sense of my life. or rather it seems to have no sense or purpose and i feel useless and sad.

and thank you for reminding me about the door staying open if it is meant to. we do not control everything. we can just do our best. the big picture is not up to us.

i know what you mean. i am very happy you are experiencing peace, and sunlight, now. i hope this "emotional weather" lasts a good while for you. you are a wonderful friend and person and deserve the best.
