How is everyone?
We have a full moon Saturday. We had to get a new a/c for our place. It died a few days ago. Thursday I put up with six (count 6) guys coming and going --friendly and and efficient, but intrusive by their mere presence. They banged on the door at 8:30 AM!!! Now all is quiet and cool here. I think this weekend I have to go see a student perform as a lead in a play. . . . . will need to get on phone and buy tickets. M. |

I hope you enjoy the play. We like the fact that there are so many different theater, dance, music, art opportunities to enjoy here because of the unniversity.
I missed jazz week(including jeffs guitar group) where students play small combos. I needed to go to the gym after all of the eating on wednesday. need to start thinking about thanksgiving, cleaning my house, working in the yard. I started to see the little green tips of my paper whites come up!!!!!These bloom in the spring up north, mine usually bloom in dec or january. Having a cup of coffee iwth egg nog in it! Yummy! have a great weekend all! especially dear waves, try to rest....((((HUGS)))) bizi

Made the menu for thanksgiving...now need to make a grocery list and go to the stores which will be packed! I talked to my mom this afternoon
 It is quiet in here this weekend... hope you all are busy and happy, resting and relaxing as much as possible. bizi

Dear Bizi, Our cleaning lady is here. I think she is a manic-y personality. She is hyper and annoying . . . . hyper is good in a cleaning lady I suppose. Thank goodness hubby and she let me sleep until 2:00 (I kept myself up all night for some reason) That's great about the menu. I hope you enjoy the preparations. M. |

turducken (deboned turkey and a duck and a chicken layered with crawfish rice dressing)
spinach herbed mashed potatoes corn bread dressing oyster stuffing green bean cassarole sweet potato cassarole cresent rolls fresh cranberry and manderin orange sauce pumpkin pie pecan pie chocolate fudge brownies not all of this is home made but all should be wonderful to eat! bizi

Derrick went to see the new Harry Potter movie with a provider.
I went shopping and had a good day. I hit Good will, and bought lots of blue jeans that are pretty good for the grandkids. I also bought two pair of boots I think my granddaughter will love Donna
