Litigation is still ongoing. THe one day hearing has turned into a drama for the ex to enjoy. In the mean time it is the kids that are stressed and upset.
He tried to claim neg. Homicide, then the ex had att'y portray my darling angel as a drug addict, now the latest is I committed insurance fraud. This attorney he has is not working with a full deck, a lot of social issues and legal problems....guess that is why he helped the ex conceal the grandfathers Will and Vioxx litigation for the estate. Swine do lay with pigs though. Sorry to be blunt, but this was a one day hearing that these two jerks are trying to break me over with this nonsense. I am so happy that we have a court reporter documenting the lies under oath. He entered testimony that I filed sexual harassment charges against a local agency agains a man I never even met. He knew I had not done such a thing but created the lie in an attempt to make me look bad. There has to be a word for a dead beat sperm donor that thinks the loss of an estranged child is hitting the lottery, But then he has lots of spares he has abandoned....total kids he parented 10, total he owned up to 2, The kids know we have to wait for the holidays in January, but we are trying to make a decent holiday for my grandson. keep us in your prayers di

i am so sorry Di.
 this is rough.(((((hugs))))) to you and your little ones. i am glad to read in your posts that his attempt to mess things up, while upsetting is not messing with your ideas, nor your tenacity. you are being really strong in that, for which i am relieved. kudos, keep it up, you are doing a great job. he won't be able to keep this up forever. it WILL be over soon, and he and his creepy attorney WON'T get away with anything besides looking like the slime that they are. sending love and prayers ~ waves ~ |

This is a terrible thing that your ex is making you go through. It's so cold blooded. I'm sure that you can get the documents needed to prove your ex,and the Lawyer wrong.
You can go to medical records,and get documents about the medical patch,and anything else that you need. They cannot dispute this. They may try,but the truth prevails. You have enough heart ache to deal with,and not to worry about your ex. I'm so sorry Di that you are going through this. BF

I love that I lost my mind and don't miss it.....It kind of feels like Humpty Dumpty right now. I did have a court case from my PI work, put another protection order against a multiple offender....he was not a happy camper. Two little ol' grandma's and the big bad wolf.....didn't stand a chance. At least some justice for the holiday's. I have had so many referrals and new assignments. So hanging in here..... Thanks all for keeping me going, feels great to be cared about.
