BRRRR is all I have to say.

I really hate this weather. We had closed schools yesterday. And I had
the opportunity to take the day off as a snow day. Wow, I have a great
employer to get paid for a snow day.

But its really cold today, and it was a 2 hour delay today. And I really
hope I have enough heat in my van to run to my party tonight.

And get were I need to go tomorrow.

i guess i'm in the shallow freeze... :o:D

i mean it's basically in the twenties at night, and the thirties in the day.

luckier than many of you.

with all the clothes i often feel suffocated in the morning.
and at night... well for i guess other reasons i don't feel the cold.....................

which is not typical.... i tend to run cooler, physically... but not these days :D hey, i'm not complaining even if it's not hte deep freeze it's cold ENOUGH, thank you!!! :D:cool:

Back into the deep freeze and wind chill. Burrrr The temps being cold is one thing, but the wind and lake effect snow blowing chills to the bones.

The wind was terrible this morning but died down this afternoon when I had to get an assignment done. Tomorrow I have another one, really close by and Thursday about an hr away into the deep Pocono's. Heavy snow out that way. I need the money, but gee by body is so pained.

We may get a high of 30*, that will feel like a heat wave from yesterday and last night.

Scary about the Florida cold, I hate to think of the crops and the folks that live there for the warmth.

Tonight it will be a bit warmer, maybe 9*. I was able to hang a few lights, and inside I hung a few things, Mickey related....
I am so trying to make a Holiday for the kids. I need to dig out a spot for the tree from all this paper work in the family room play table.

We will all cuddle together to keep warm ..... :grouphug:

Big day for surfers in the cold sunshine

Hi,

When I woke up Tuesday, it was 35 degrees. . . . Record cold for us.
I called work, hoping that the day had been cancelled.

The winds were up.

Cold? Not for surfing!

Despite record cold temperatures in Miami, surfers by the hundreds converged on South Beach Tuesday morning, December 14, 2010, to ride waves generated by the cold front.
