Poll Tgif - Weekend Check In

Hi - It's almost the weekend, time to check in.........

What's up? How is everyone feeling?

I have a few errands to do today. Not really sure what else. Have to check the weather. If's it nice, I will go to the pool and catch some rays.

I may go out tonight and meet a few friends or maybe late this afternoon for lunch and a few cocktails.

I feel more rested today. Yet, I have a big fat KNOT in my shoulder blade, like a spasm or pinched nerve. It's painful and my pain med isn't helping it.

I have had this on and off ever since my disc's fusions in my neck.
It is probably from being so tense. OUCH

Anyway, have a nice weekend................Nikko
