Default Did anyone see the movie,"Mr. Holland's Opus"?

What a movie! I saw it on TV this week. It's different then,"It's a wonderful life",but It also shows how one person can make a difference in alot of people's lives.

Even though we are going through all kinds of Mental Health Issues, there have been good things that have happened in the middle of these trials in life.

We are living in years of hope for people in our condition. There are newer medicines. There are acknowledgements that these conditions are not in our heads, but are legitimate, and proven problems that are even genetic, biochemical, and we are getting legal rights for treatment. BF

Default thanks for a good movie suggestion

Dear Steve,
I wanted to see that. It has Richard Dreyfuss.
Maybe my tv services is running it too.

I'm glad that you enjoyed it.

Please don't get me wrong. I'm baffled by the mental health problems that I suffer.

Some of these last so long,I've been devastated, and no one seemed to be able to help. These times are horrible. BF

Yep. That's the one. I stayed up till 4 AM Christmas early morning watching that movie. The end is so touching.

Richard Dreyfuss played the part of a music teacher,in a dramatic motion picture. It was one of his best movies. BF
