I went to bed thinking of you bizi. I know you are having a hard time right now. I wish I has some special words of comfort to you. I do think of this site and the people I have met, at night when I am quiet for a change. I hope this day finds you in a spirit that will lead to peace in your life. I am restless and agitated alot by circumstances that are not in my control. I try hard to get back to some state that allows me to continue on. I do mosaics and that is my refuge. when my mom took mobic for her shoulder she saw some relief right away but even more relief after the first day of taking it - she took it regularly as indicated i forget the posology.

i hope you are hurting less and if it still is some, try staying with the mobic for several days of treatment at a time and see how that goes.

I saw my ortho today...2 more weeks of the sling...and then we might talk about therapy...
oh and for your information he said that my break was "nothing".
he said that to me....!!!!

I will take the mobic tonight which will help inflamation and not the pain, and flexiril for the spasms, that is what the pharmacist said to me...why don't you ask for a pain pill? so that is what I am going to do tomorrow, call my MDOC and ask for some lortabs. My shoulder has been waking me up at night and then I can't seem to get back to sleep.
Or is it that I am manic and not sleeping due to that or maybe both?????

That is an annoying thing for him to say, but I am glad that he sees it as a small thing -- you are healing. I'm relieved.

I hope that you get some lortab so you can sleep tonight.

The not sleeping could be both manic and not sleeping. My guess is that it is mostly due to the shoulder pain. Feel better.

yes for immediate relief see what you can have with it,

but if you take it for enough days the inflammation is reduced, that will automatially reduce the pain.

it is hard to figure things out right now i know i cant. x things happen and there are 8 gazillion interpretations all seem viable require me to act so different.

sorr you are not calking donw - did doc add to meds - are you following up with doc sooner than every month???? too lmuch time if manic.

anyway that was crass of him to make slight of your sling so to speak,,, unless do you think he is trying to reassure in a testosteroney way, that it was nothing to worry about that you'd heal up just fine???

I think he was just trying to inform me that the break is really insignificant that he knew someone who did not have a collar bone" you don't need it" and that he removed the end of one jsut the other day. so why have me wear this sling????
I called my mdoc and asked for some lortab, they called back and said to ask the ortho for that.

Bizi I am so sorry that this is lingering, the weather is getting nice, you want to get in the garden. Hoping you can relief of the pain and heal. I know nerves take even longer then bones to heal, the inflammation is a big problem.
