Default nervous person vs.nervous patient

Today there are very, very few people who are not nervous persons. With the senseless change and quest for even more senseless speed people today know little how to realy relax.
In earlier days people worked hard meanal jobs that let them wore out physicaly. They used there muscles constantly and had for the most part a strong will and few nervous conditions.
the only difference between the two is the nervous patient has lost their stream of thought.Normaly our thought process skips and moves from one thought to another. In the patient the sense of insecurity is usualy the basis for the lack of stream.
In the case of the nervous patient the fear or anger is for the most part symbolic.

there is a method avalable today It has been around sinse 1938.

If you learn this method you will soon lose alot of your symptoms . It all depends on how much work you plan on spending on it.You must use these wills.
The will to mental health as your supreme goal.

The will to perservere.

The will to effort.

The will to patience.

the will to bear nervous discomfort.

there are no hopeless cases in nervous health.

Best to all,
John
