Hi,
Good ideas. I got off the Xanax because I was having problems. I think I was getting the paresthesia. It was a hard med to get out of my system. Awful. I have taken .25 or .50 Klonopin during the day but I try not to take it when I am sleep deprived. I chose that one hour meeting over the needs of the rest of my day. M |

I wonder what would happen if I took the my "night" meds now and went to bed.
. . . trying to figure that out . . . . . . .probably could fall asleep anyway, might as well have the meds on board . . . brush my teeth. . . iron my blouse for tomorrow. M |

Hi, Bizi and Waves,
I slept seven or eight uninterrupted hours. I felt like a million dollars. . .. even got to work on time.... But I'm working with a huge sleep deficit so I was edgy and jumpy and whiny all day. Tonight I watched corny movies on tv. I took my meds a few minutes ago. 'Will be sleepy in about 90 minutes. M |

that is great news. i hope you have/had another good rest to"night" ... (referring to the hours in which you sleep, not necessarily the perriod between sunset and sunrise.) i have been watching the corny stuff too. it's about all i can handle and sometimes not even that. i hope you wake up feeling like 2 million bucks and feel calmer today. ![]() waves |

Dear Waves,
I slep all day -- from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Tomorrow will be hard at work with body and head confused about sleep cycles. For now I'm good I think. Maybe should get some work or go outside and sit in the sun for 10 mins to re-orient body. M |
